I found this recipe on this blog. It was so easy and so yummy! She has tons of good recipes that all seem to be pretty easy. My favorite was this one which I made for Lisa when she came down to visit me. About the chicken above, she said to put it on rice but I think it would be better in a burrito or taco. I also added some corn. But it was really easy and it really did take 5 minutes to put together.
